Shipping

Shipping is free on every printed poster.

How long it takes

We design each poster by hand and email you a proof. Once you approve it, the poster goes to print, and most orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days of approval. International orders can take a little longer.

If you need it by a certain date, like a birthday or the holidays, email orders@marathonmapart.com before you order and we'll tell you whether we can make it.

Where we ship

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Netherlands. If your country isn't listed, email us and we'll see what we can do.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as your poster ships.

Gifts

To ship straight to the runner, enter their address at checkout. The packing slip has no prices on it, and your receipt and order emails come to you.

Digital downloads

Digital files don't ship. We email you the high-resolution file once you approve the proof.

Customs and duties

Your country may charge import taxes or duties on orders shipped outside the US. If they aren't collected at checkout, the carrier collects them on delivery.

Problems with delivery

If your poster arrives damaged, goes missing or the tracking stops moving, email orders@marathonmapart.com with your order number, plus a photo if it's damaged. We'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll fix it as long as the poster hasn't shipped.
